By accessing or using the Tube Digest / YT Analyzer application (web or mobile), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

YT Analyzer provides AI-driven video summaries, mind maps, and note-taking features for YouTube videos. We utilize the YouTube Data API to fetch video data and Google's Gemini AI to generate insights.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities or to analyze content that violates laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application.
• Circumvent or manipulate quotas and subscription systems to access pro features without proper authorization.

4. Subscriptions and Purchasing

Some features (such as unlimited daily video analysis) are available behind a "Pro" subscription plan. Payment is handled securely through the respective mobile app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat) and not directly by us. All refunds and subscription cancellations must be managed through your app store account.

5. Disclaimers for AI Content

Our summaries, insights, and structural breakdowns are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the results are occasionally subject to AI "hallucinations" or inaccuracies. You understand that the AI summaries should not be heavily relied upon for professional, medical, or legal decisions without referencing the source material.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
